For 6 months I've been offering customers a PDF guide on knife maintenance, with a section on how to use a honing steel to keep their knives sharp - and mentioning that it'll eventually become a blog post. Here's the blog, finally. All I know about sharpening was learned through the grace of master sharpeners who loves to teach and share; I feel it is my obligation to pay that forward, and maybe even offer new opinions and techniques to others in world of sharpening.
